K series motor sheered cam or crankpin?

The sheering of a crankpin or a camshaft gear pin results is typically due to the fact the Chain tensioner is either not tensioned properly or is possibly failing. The chain tensioner does not technically auto tension. It requires some manual tension to lock the tensioner in place.
